After leaving a tip of $13.97 on a $487.13 bill, a waiter took to Twitter to call him out for being cheap about it. Nevermind the fact that the guy who called him out has a Twitter handle of DavidRo74294058, and that's fricking ridiculous, this guy CAN'T DO ANY MATH.
