After the bizarre story on Tuesday that the Red Sox were illegally using technology to steal signs from the rival Yankees, Colin Cowherd thinks it’s no coincidence that it comes from a particular area of the country of repeat offenders, contending that ‘smarter’ cities are always the backdrops of these sorts of scandals.
