The Oakland Raiders introduced Jon Gruden as their new Head Coach at a star studded press conference on Tuesday. Gruden coached the team from 1998-2001 and was then traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After nearly a decade in the broadcast booth for ESPN's Monday Night Football, Gruden is returning to sideline for the Silver and Black.
