Roughing The Passer Rule is What The Catch Rule Was Last Year

One of the biggest talking points through three weeks of the NFL season is the new Roughing the Passer rule that seems to be impacting games now. Packers LB Clay Matthews was once again a victim of the new rule and called the league "soft" after the game.

Chris Broussard and Rob Parker emphatically disagree on the new Roughing the Passer rule with Chris saying it has basically become what the catch rule was last season.
