Colin Cowherd Says He'll Buy Raiders Season Tickets if They Finish .500

Colin Cowherd: “I’m dead serious, If the Raiders got to 8-8, you would be like ‘this is an incredible success.’ If the Raiders finish .500, I will buy two season tickets for the Raiders in Vegas and give them to a kid’s charity. That’s how impressed I am. I thought they would be 3-13 and the biggest joke in the league.” (Full Audio at Bottom of Page)

Colin Cowherd says he’ll buy season tickets to the Raiders' new stadium in Vegas next season if the team can somehow finish the year .500.

The Antonio Brown travesty once again put the Raiders in a familiar position as one of the biggest jokes in pro sports, but Jon Gruden has shockingly managed to weather the storm and have the Raiders at 2-2, and currently holding the AFC’s last wild card spot a quarter into the season.

Cowherd says the Raiders are shockingly fun to watch, and believes they’ve got a legitimate shot to beat the Chicago Bears in London this weekend; which speaks to how impressive they’ve played this year to be a popular bet to beat the reigning NFC Central champions from last season, albeit playing without Mitch Trubisky.

Check out the audio below as Colin says an 8-8 season for Oakland, given the circumstances that could have ruined this season, would be one of the greatest feats in the storied history of the franchise.
