RJ says he has never seen anything impact the NFL betting like this, citing 5 games being completely taken off the board due to uncertain circumstances. RJ also says they hate taking NFL games off the board because people are unable to put their money on the line and they need to pay back in taxes, regardless of taking bets or not.
