Wednesday on 2 Pros and Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington react to the Baltimore Ravens releasing Le'Veon Bell and wonder if he ultimately regrets sitting out the franchise tag year in Pittsburgh and how his career would have been different if he stayed with the Steelers.

LaVar Arrington: "He was on pace in Pittsburgh to be a Hall of Fame running back. Whatever it was that he was thinking, or the people that were around him, or whatever it was, it totally derailed what Le'Veon Bell could have been."
Brady Quinn: "I think he got bad advice. He'll never get the $14 million back and whoever was telling him he's going to have some long illustrious career like this, he should have said, 'Hey, go call up Frank Gore.' Frank Gore was out there taking, not league minimum deals, but it wasn't like they were top of the line deals just to come back and play year-after-year. That's eventually what the end-life of a running back in the NFL looks like."
Jonas Knox: "Frank Gore ended up making in his career a little under $63 million and not that much in his last 5 years."
