Tom Brady is a Phony Who Was Never Interested in Antonio Brown as a Person

In the video above, Chris Broussard & Rob Parker tackle some of the interesting quotes from an interview with Antonio Brown from the Full Send Podcast. Antonio Brown has made a lot of noise this week after abruptly being cut from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the weekend and this latest conversation revealed Brown's perception of his relationship with Tom Brady:

"To me, a friend is someone who's got your back," Brown said on the "Full Send Podcast" on Friday. "Not everybody in sports is going to be your friend. Tom Brady's my friend why? Because I'm a good football player. He needs me to play football. People have different meanings of what friendship is."

Rob Parker who has been staunchly against the actions of Antonio Brown lately has turned a different leaf with these latest quotes and thinks there's some truth to Brown's feelings about Brady. When Chris Broussard tries to convince Rob Parker that Tom Brady allowing Brown to stay in his home was a grand gesture in the realm of friendship, Parker says it's all phony.

Rob Parker: "Tom Brady is a phony. He was never interested in Antonio Brown as a person. He wasn't. He's trying to act like, 'Gee-wiz, golly-gee let me help this guy. Oh, I care about him.' He don't care about Antonio Brown. He NEVER cared about him. He wanted to win to prove that he was better than Bill Belichick and he sold his soul. 'I'll get in bed with anybody who can catch a touchdown.' That's what Bruce Arians just did. And guess what? It bit him in the butt and now Tom Brady got bit in the butt as well."
