Lakers PG Russell Westbrook has fired his agent after being on four different teams over the last four years but Doug doesn’t think it’s going to help. Westbrook clearly doesn’t play well with others and seems more interested in being considered a leader than actually leading his team anywhere. He has a great career stat line but can’t seem to make any of his teams better by being on the court. At some point he will need to admit his agent isn't the problem, he is.
