Dan Beyer and Bucky Brooks are taking over The Doug Gottlieb Show today as the Las Vegas Raiders announce they are sitting QB Derek Carr for the remainder of the season. With their playoff chances dashed, it would make sense that they make some changes, but Dan Beyer isn’t onboard with this one. Statistically, Carr has been one of the greatest QBs in Raiders history, and yet has been one of the most disrespected QBs in the NFL. We all know he won’t be back next season, so he deserves a sendoff commensurate with his contribution to this franchise.
Dan Beyer: “Derek Carr’s not going to be back next year, so give Derek Carr his proper sendoff because he truly has been one of the most disrespected quarterbacks throughout the National Football League...this is not how it should end for Derek Carr.”
