Chris Broussard: “I don’t have a problem with him (Lillard) requesting a trade, I don’t even have a problem with him giving them a list of teams he would like to go to but to give them one team... and one team only... and to say you want Bam (Adebayo) and Jimmy (Butler) to be there too... that could be construed as running from the grind. He’s been critical of other players before for doing this and now he’s doing it. “
Rob Parker: “Why am I not surprised that Damian Lillard is a hypocrite? You (Lillard) were looking down on people saying I’m in the grind and now he’s turned in to a dictator. And the Portland Trail Blazers are supposed to bow down to a guy that never won them anything... let’s just keep it real Chris. You should have opted out before you signed that extension.”
