A recent report out of USC has their head coach Lincoln Riley considering a move to the NFL next season, possibly to whichever team drafts his current QB, Caleb Williams. That team is looking more and more like it will be the Chicago Bears considering how bad they are and the fact that they own the Carolina Panthers’ first round pick. It’s a scenario that could solve a lot of issues in Chicago.
Dan Patrick: “If I’m the Chicago Bears, I’m going to need a new coach and probably a quarterback, and if we would have the number one pick and you could get both, and you’re sold on Lincoln Riley as a head coach, you’re sold on Caleb Williams as being the best quarterback, that could solve a lot of issues right there.”
