Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson will undergo season-ending surgery on his shoulder and it has the Browns scrambling, especially considering his gigantic guaranteed contract. And speaking of guarantees, Doug reminds us that there is no guarantee that Deshaun Watson is ever the same again. Even minor, non-invasive techniques in the shoulder can permanently alter his throwing motion to his detriment.
