Doug refuses to mince words as he lays out all the evidence supporting the reality that the Buffalo Bills choked in their loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last night. The missed field goal late in the 4th quarter was only one of the many ways the Bills let this slip away. Doug thought they were Super Bowl bound, and while he doesn’t want to pile on a disappointed fanbase, the truth is the truth no matter how much it hurts.
Doug Gottlieb: “I picked the Bills to win. I thought the Bills would win the Super Bowl. I love the guy (Josh Allen), I love the team, I love the city, but they choked. Let’s not make any bones about it. When you perform at one level, and then when the pressure is on you perform below that level, that is the dictionary definition of choking.”
