Mitch Trubisky Leaves Social Media to Improve His Mental Health

Colin Cowherd has added Mitch Trubisky to his list of favorite quarterbacks after Trubisky said he'll be moving social media out of his life for the sake of his team. Here's the quote from ProFootballTalk

“I know what that did to me when I let those voices get inside,” he told ESPN. “It was not good for my mental health. People are one keystroke away from accessing you. Why would I allow people who know nothing about me to have an opinion? Why would I allow them to have that space in my mind?”

Cowherd uses Baker Mayfield as a contrast saying the following:

"I would like to remind you that the Chicago Bears quarterback who led his team to the playoffs said, 'I don't want to be a distraction. Baker Mayfield who finished third (in his division) said 'I am the distraction.'"
