Earlier this week, Joel Klatt joined The Herd with Colin Cowherd and took a shot at Notre Dame football by saying the Irish could not use academics as an excuse for their under performing. Klatt went on to mention other power-five schools who put together a better season than Notre Dame and are in the top 30 schools in the nation.
Today on Fox Sports Radio, former Notre Dame QB Brady Quinn responded to Klatt's comments and backed Notre Dame's admission process and commitment to their players and students. Quinn went on to question Klatt's fact gathering and whether or not Klatt was just aiming for a hot sports take.
