Steve thinks LaVar Ball doesn't really understand the logistics that would have to go into a Junior Basketball Association and Jeffrey thinks, given the way things have gone for Ball in the past year or so, he might be able to make it work. However, Steve just can't see elite players coming out of high school to be interested in something like this and that the chances of these particular players panning out in the NBA is most likely not good.
