Colts GM Chris Ballard met with the media a day after getting burned by Josh McDaniels, who backed out of his commitment to become their next head coach at the last minute. The Colts are dead set on making sure that if he doesn't join them, he won't join any other coaching staff for the rest of his career. The polarization of the story has made it so that Josh McDaniels' name is poison to the rest of the league. McDaniels better hope he becomes the next head coach in New England because it will likely be his last opportunity to have an NFL coaching job.
