Third round picks are supposed to become starters, right? The Saints traded a third round selection in the 2019 NFL Draft to the Jets in exchange for QB Teddy Bridgewater and a sixth round selection next spring. It sounds like New Orleans is setting the table for the future (with a new man under center at the helm) sooner than any of us may have expected.
