Doug Gottlieb says it is becoming clear that NFL players think Derek Carr is soft. He has no problem with Carr and thinks he has the skill set necessary to compete but he does not inspire anybody with his toughness. It’s hard to lead a team of men when you’re crying on the field after an injury.
