Jonas Knox explains why the Oakland Raiders finishing 12-4 in 2016 gave us too high of expectations for who the team really is. Between winning a lot of close games and breaks going their way that particular year, Jonas says the Raiders are currently and have been in rebuild mode all along. For this, Jonas says that we need to temper our expectations for the team going forward.
