Magic Johnson said he'd quit in 2 years if the Lakers weren't great. The Lakers front office has been a disaster that's been propped up by the fact LeBron James decided to come to L.A. They didn't "get him," he just decided to come. The current Lakers front office whiffed on getting Paul George, Kawhi Leonard and other big names. They did "extensive research" to put this Lakers roster together and they allowed Pelicans to control the AD narrative which ripped Lakers apart post-deadline. Magic may have to quit.
