Charles Barkley has officially made his pitch on Sunday night for Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James to join the TNT crew as a studio analyst during the playoffs.
Barkley made the pitch to James after the Houston Rockets defeated the Utah Jazz to take a 1-0 lead in the series. said James should join them because he doesn’t have anything to do with the Los Angeles Lakers eliminated from the postseason.
LeBron James, come in to the studio! You ain't got nothing to do. The playoffs started yesterday and you got free time. Now you got to pick out a coach and a general manager, just put that on the back burner.
As of right now, reports are that Rob Pelinka is going to be running the coaching search for the Lakers and looking at Tyronn Lue and Monty Williams as possible candidates for that position.
It turns out, Lebron James responded to Barkley's offer and we might just see him in the TNT studio at some point during the playoffs.
