Wednesday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington take a look at the Russell Wilson trade and tell you why the Broncos didn't give up as much as many people think.
Jonas Knox: "Why is this considered too much for a guy who's a future Hall of Famer? I'm surprised when people look at that and say this is too much for a guy like Russell Wilson."
Brady Quinn: "I don't think it's that much considering what actual draft picks you are giving up, especially in the future if you win. If the Broncos go on a playoff run and win and even if they lose the Super Bowl, a year from now we're all going it was 100% worth it."
LaVar Arrington: "We're having that same conversation right now about the Rams. And at the end of the day, Seattle did what they needed to do as well because they are now in all out rebuild. This is the time to do it, right now."
