On Tuesday Rams HC Sean McVay attempted to explain his decision to kick a meaningless FG at the end of their game against the 49ers. McVay also said he had no idea what the point spread was of the game. Ben Maller isn't buying it.
Ben Maller: "Do not be gullible. Sean McVay knew what the point spread of this game was. All coaches are aware of that kind of stuff, for multiple reasons. One of the main reasons is these guys use this as motivation. 'They don't think you guys are gonna win this game. They think you're a massive underdog.'"
