Broncos at Lions (SPREAD: DET -4.5) [Saturday, 8:15pm ET]

"I really like Detroit -4.5. The line was better at 4, but I'll take 4.5. Off an embarrassing loss, they came back home where Jared Goff is very good. 8-1 is Detroit this year when allowing 28 or fewer points. The Broncos win games but they're not a high flying offense. The Lions are also 5-2 indoors this year. Jared Goff that last two years at home has a 105.5 passer rating. The Lions are healthier on the o-line too. The Broncos have a bad rushing defense, not a great defense overall but playing better. I just don't like this spot. I think Detroit wins and covers 28-23."

Colin's prediction: Lions 28, Broncos 23.

Colin's pick: Detroit -4.5

Commanders at Rams (SPREAD: LAR -6.5) [Sunday, 4:05pm ET]

“The Commanders have an atrocious defense and the deeper you dive on this, I'll take the Rams -6.5. The Rams have three straight games with 30+ points. They should have beaten Baltimore. Back-to-back games without a turnover. Kyren Williams the running back, only Christian McCaffrey and Tyreek Hill are averaging more yards per game this season. Isn't that incredible? Puka Nacua continues to produce at wide receiver. The Commanders are a bad team like the Chargers and getting worse over time. Sam Howell's last three games have been atrocious -- 64 passer rating. This team isn't well-coached, they're trending poorly, and their defense is the worst in the league. Rams win and cover 33-24."

Colin's prediction: Rams 33, Commanders 24.

Colin's pick: Los Angeles -6.5

49ers at Cardinals (SPREAD: SF -12.5) [Sunday, 4:05pm ET]

"I'm not going to give 12.5 to Arizona in a divisional game, I'm going to take the Cardinals here. This is way too many points here. In six games this year they haven't had a turnover. They don't make a lot of mistakes they just have limitations. They have a star quarterback and coming off a bye. Kyler Murray has always given the Niners problems. San Francisco's got a HUGE game next week with the Ravens, and have been in multiple enormously crucial and emotional games this season. Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, Ravens next week... Division rival, 12.5 points with a star quarterback who is not turning it over, at Arizona?? Niners win, Cardinals cover 28-20."
Colin's prediction: Rams 28, Cardinals 20.

Colin's pick: Arizona +12.5

Cowboys at Bills (SPREAD: BUF -1.5) [Sunday, 4:25pm ET]

“I like the Bills -1.5. They have won two of their last three since they fired their offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey. They're 3-1 against NFC teams, and are still top 5 in total offense despite the issues. James Cook has four straight games with 100+ rushing yards, and Josh Allen has only been sacked 18 times this year in 13 starts. That's not many sacks, so the o-line and run game are better than they've been in previous years. Dallas is 'good' on the road but not special. They're 3-3 and only averaging 23 points on the road. They average 39 at home, and Dak when trailing is not the same quarterback -- his passer rating drops to the mid 80s. I like Buffalo to win 28-24, I'll swallow the 1.5."

Colin's prediction: Bills 28, Cowboys 24.

Colin's pick: Buffalo -1.5

Eagles at Seahawks (SPREAD: PHI -3) [Monday, 8:15pm ET]

“I'll take Seattle. Geno Smith, groin, practiced and will start. The last time we saw Seattle play was against Dallas and they had 334 yards of offense and looked darn pretty good on a Thursday, did they not? They've been resting and I like them here. Philadelphia has been out-gained in six straight games, trailed at half in six straight games, and their defense has played 80+ snaps in three of the last four games. It's a defense that has holes and has been on the field way too much. Monday Night Football for underdogs with a good coach, playmakers, and a capable quarterback in Geno Smith is a tough spot for a road team traveling across the country. Seahawks win, I'll take the points, 27-26."

Colin's prediction: Seahawks 27, Eagles 26.

Colin's pick: Seattle +3
