New Alabama Crimson Tide Head Football Coach, Kalen DeBoer joins Dan Patrick on The Dan Patrick Show. He talks about meeting his new team first thing when he got to town and how much he loved his time in Washington. He’s very happy to have been able to land a bunch of his former players from the transfer portal already. And he describes walking into his new office which is the same one Nick Saban occupied while winning multiple National Championships.
Dan Patrick: “Were you recruiting, re-recruiting some of your players who were going to go in the portal, or at least talking about going into the portal?”
Kalen DeBoer: “Yes, absolutely. That’s a big part of it. I think that’s probably some of the best recruiting our coaches have done so far is really recruiting our own roster.”
