MLB commissioner Rob Manfred joined The Dan Patrick Show and discussed the future of how pro baseball will be played, as well as the possibility of a team located in Cuba.
When asked about using a computer to call balls and strikes in real-time, Manfred said he doesn't think the technology is quite there yet - but he's not opposed to the idea.
"Not against it as a philosphical matter," Manfred. "I think that the use of technology in instant replay has been a real positive for the game."
As for a team being housed in Cuba, Manfred said a lot would have to happen in the country for it to actually happen.
