FS1 college football expert Joel Klatt was on The Herd ranking his Top 5 quarterbacks in the NCAA for the upcoming 2017-2018 season.
With a couple very notable exceptions absent from his list, Klatt says he’s been taking a lot of heat on social media for the countdown, but says he's simply listing the best players in college, not projecting the NFL Draft (13:12 mark).
