Jay Cutler joined The Herd Monday just hours after abandoning his short stint as an NFL football television announcer to take a one-year, $10 million deal with the Miami Dolphins.
Cutler said the timing, personnel, and coaching aligned flawlessly, as Cutler now reunites with his former offensive coordinator in Chicago Adam Gase.
The 34-year-old said that despite the opportunity to return to football, he feels awful about parting ways with a Fox family that had taken a chance on a budding football commentator with no prior experience.
