Earlier in the week, Giants HC Ben McAdoo made the decision to bench QB Eli Manning--ending a streak of 210 straight starts by the Giants Quarterback. The decision was met with much criticism of the organization and the much-maligned Head Coach. McAdoo still was field questions several days after the decision after making the controversial decision, even though Manning had turned down the option to play.
