It was reported on Monday that Julian Edelman would be mounting a "vigorous" appeal of his four-game suspension for PEDs and that the appeal would revolve around incompetence of the NFL.
Ben Maller thinks that this is an argument that Edelman can actually win. Ben recalls Richard Sherman's successful appeal a few years back when he challenged the chain of custody of his sample. Also, the fact that they don't know what the substance is that was found in Edelman's sample also helps his case.
