On Sunday, Josh Allen will become the second rookie quarterback to start a game this season. The Bills QB will have a tough a face Chargers defense but head coach Sean McDermott feels ready to hand over the reigns to his first round draft pick. Jason Smith and Mike Harmon say that it wasn't just Nathan Peterman's poor effort in Week 1 that led to Allen getting the nod, but another rookie quarterback in the AFC East that is the main reason he's getting the opportunity.
