Mike Pereira: Roughing The Passer Penalties Have Gone Too Far

The most exciting game of Week 2 in the NFL was the NFC North battle between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers. Late in the 4th Quarter, Kirk Cousins was intercepted and it appeared the game was over...only it wasn't. Packers LB Clay Matthews was called for a controversial roughing the passer penalty and the drive continued. The Vikings wound up tying the game and the game would end in a 29-29 tie. Have these controversial calls gotten way too out of control?

FOX NFL Rules Analyst & Former Vice President of Officiating Mike Pereira joins Jason Smith and Mike Harmon to share his thoughts on the controversial penalty on Matthews. You have to hear this!!
