Chargers & Raptors Need to Prove It in the Playoffs

Doug Gottlieb thinks the Los Angeles Chargers and Toronto Raptors are in the same boat.  Both team are exceptional and have been competitive for years but nobody believes in them.  That won’t change unless and until they have some real success in the playoffs and maybe not until they win a championship.
