Days after Florida State quarterback Deondre Francois was booted off the Seminoles football team for allegations of domestic abuse that included a scary video of an apparent fight between the star FSU QB and the young woman, Francois’ ex-GF posted a long message on her Instagram that recanted much of the details in the video.
The video, which appears to be a cell phone pointed at the ceiling, only captures audio of the former couple fighting, but it was loud banging sounds on the wall that made some believe it was proof of Francois physically striking the woman.
The ex-girlfriend took to her personal Instagram page, the same page that had originally posted the video, to clarify that Francois has never hit her before and that “If it was actually serious I would have took legal action instead of making a Instagram post.”
