  • #5 North Carolina beat Syracuse 93-85. The Tar Heels take over sole possession of first place in the A-C-C with the win.
  • In a battle between two of the top three teams in the West the Nuggets beat the Thunder 121-112. Denver moved 1 game back of Golden State for the top record in the West.
  • The Raptors rolled over the Celtics 118-95. Toronto outscored Boston 36-13 in the second quarter. The Celtics have dropped 3 in a row.
  • The Knicks knocked off the Magic 108-103. Orlando remains 1 game back of Charlotte in the race for the final playoff spot in the East.
  • The Penguins downed the Blue Jackets 5-2. Pittsburgh moved into the final wildcard spot in the East while Columbus dropped out of a playoff spot.

Fox Sports: Ken Rosenthal announces 3rdbaseman Nolan Arenado and the Rockies are closing in on an eight-year contract extension valued at about $260 million. The deal will include an opt-out after the 3rdyear and a full no trade clause.
