Lue reportedly was demanding a 5-year-deal from the embattled purple and gold who were looking for a leader with some LeBron James experience as Lue was memorably on board as the Cleveland Cavaliers frontman when the team iconically came back from a 3-1 deceit in the Finals to defeat the 73-win Golden State win. The team was only offering Lue 3 years.
