Odell Beckham's Entire Brand is Built on Off-the-Field Distractions

Listen to Colin Cowherd comment on the news of Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham finally appearing on the field in Browns OTAs again, as there had been many grumblings from Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens that he had barely seen the star WR around the team’s facilities.

Colin says one of the biggest storylines of the offseason had been Odell Beckham not showing up at the team’s OTAs… Why? Because that’s exactly what Odell wanted. Colin believes Odell makes countless ‘business decisions’ when it comes to how he wants his brand to be perceived, which in this aspect is the independent guy who stands up to ‘the man’.

Check out the audio below as Colin says OBJ’s interests of selling shoes, gaining Instagram followers, and making NOISE like buying orange Rolls Royces with a custom hood ornament of himself doesn't align with any of the interests of an NFL team, and that loud personal images are only coveted by NBA franchises.
