Pete Rose: "I'm the Reason I'm not in the Hall of Fame"

On Thursday's edition of The Odd Couple, Chris Broussard and Rob Parker were joined by MLB’s hit king Pete Rose to talk about why exactly it took him so long to finally admit he had bet on baseball, as Rose infamously lied about his involvement in betting on games while he was still the manager of the Cincinnati Reds.

Despite the overwhelming evidence against him, Rose went decades sticking to his innocence before finally admitting it was all a sham, Live on National Television.

For his role in baseball's biggest sin, Rose has long been denied entry into the sport's Hall of Fame, which has been one of the most polarizing talking points in baseball history as many believe Rose will be banned from the sport FOR LIFE.

Check out the interview below as Rose tells Rob and Chris why people need to look farther into Pete's situation and take into account what was going on in his life during the notorious incident.
