Sunday Night Football Proved Dak Prescott Doesn't Deserve Big Money

Dallas Cowboys v New Orleans Saints
Ben Maller: “Dak Prescott was supposedly on the brink of getting one of those life-changing mega contracts. Ezekiel Elliott was BAD last night and this was an opportunity for Dak to rise up and put the Cowboys on his back and say ‘HEY JERRY LOOK AT ME, I CAN LEAD US WHEN ZEKE HAS A BAD DAY!’ You know what Dak did? He vomited all over the 50-yard line. He had a passer rating in the fourth quarter of 26! Jerry, you’ve been warned and the writing is on the wall! He just proved he doesn’t deserve that contract.” (Full Audio at Bottom of Page)

Listen to Ben Maller explain why Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones should terrified about giving quarterback Dak Prescott $30+ million just a night after Dallas put up a complete dud on Sunday Night Football.

The often recklessly optimistic media was already crowning Dak an MVP candidate when Dallas had sprinted out to a 3-0 start with wins over comatose Washington, lifeless-at-the-time New York without Daniel Jones, and potential worst team ever Miami, but was exposed by a lukewarm Saints team playing without Drew Brees.

After throwing 9 touchdowns his first three games, Dak was touchdown-less on SNF and had a quiet 223 yards with an interception in a game Dallas only mustered 10 points. The Saints defense had allowed at least 27 points in their first three games.

Check out the audio below as Ben explains why he wouldn’t pay Dak the massive money he’s going to demand from Jerry Jones.
