The Dallas Cowboys Are an Overrated Fraud

Dallas Cowboys v New Orleans Saints
Ben Maller: “Who are the REAL Dallas Cowboys? We’re 25% into the regular season and it’s time to do a little inventory. THE DALLAS COWBOYS ARE A PAPER TIGER. When they play the weaklings of the NFL they look fine and great. They feasted on a steady diet of Giants, Redskins, and Dolphins to go 3-0 and averaged 32 points per game against the bottom feeders of the NFL. Then they played a more legitimate defensive opponent with not a great quarterback and absolutely buckled. As long as they get to play more lightweights they’ll be fine.” (Full Audio at Bottom of Page)

Listen to Ben Maller explain why he thinks the Dallas Cowboys are an overrated fraud just a night after they were exposed by a New Orleans Saints team playing without Hall of Fame quarterback Drew Brees.

After streaking to a dominating 3-0 start, Dallas was one of the biggest storylines of the NFL as they looked like a legitimate Super Bowl contender with Dak Prescott on the early ballot for NFL MVP front-runner.

Dak's steadiest supporters in the media were using the 3-0 start to justify why Prescott deserves a massive new contract, making him one of the highest paid players in the league.

After Sunday Night Football however, and a significantly underwhelming 12-10 dud, Maller is writing the Cowboys off as a ‘paper tiger’ who had gotten bloated from feasting on cupcakes Washington, New York (Without Daniel Jones), and Miami.

Check out the audio below as Maller says he’s not buying Dallas a contender.
