Colin Cowherd Gives His Three Best College Football Bets For Week 6 (10/5)

Florida v Auburn

Cowherd presents his three best college football bets for Week 6 (10/5) (Full Video at Bottom of Page)

In this week’s installment of Colin’s MARQUEE THREE, Colin is hunting on #14 Iowa at #18 Michigan, #7 Auburn at #10 Florida, and #11 Texas at West Virginia.

(14) Iowa at (18) Michigan – (Spread: MICH -3.5)

“I’m going to take Michigan to win and cover the spread. Michigan was favored in this game by 14 points during the summer, but because they lost to Wisconsin they’re 11 points less of a team?? NO, Wisconsin is fantastic and their defense is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Michigan has won 10 straight home games and are the much better team here. Iowa is undefeated but they have yet to face a team this season who has a current winning record and has the fourth easiest schedule among the 18 remaining unbeaten teams. Iowa has lost three straight games against ranked Big Ten teams.

PICK: Michigan 26, Iowa 20. Michigan -3.5

(7) Auburn at (10) Florida – (Spread: AUB -2.5)

“I’m going to take the Tigers. Auburn has dominated this series and has won the last three meetings. Their defensive line is one of the best in America and will push Florida’s offensive line around. Auburn is the only team in the country with wins over two teams who are currently ranked, Oregon and Texas A&M, and oh, by the way, the last three games Auburn’s offense has exploded. Since halftime of the Oregon game, freshman quarterback Bo Nix has nine touchdowns and no turnovers. They’re 5-0 against the spread this year.”

PICK: Auburn 27, Florida 20. Auburn -2.5

(11) Texas at West Virginia – (Spread: TEX -10.5)

“Texas is the better team but I’m going to take West Virginia and the points. West Virginia has strangely given Texas all sort of trouble. They run the heck out of the football and will keep it away from Texas quarterback Sam Ehlinger. Texas is playing Oklahoma next week, and they’ve lost the game before the Sooners game in three of the last five seasons. All those Texas players are looking ahead to Oklahoma and here’s West Virginia at home, with Texas’ number, getting 10 points.

PICK: Texas 30, WVU 20. West Virginia +10.5
