Listen to Colin Cowherd summarize EVERY Week 14 NFL game in just three words as The Herd continues its weekly ‘3-Word Game’ every Monday.
Week 14 had lasting consequences on playoff seeding as the Patriots and Saints received massive blows to their quests for the no. 1 seed. New England's controversial loss to Kansas City put the Patriots a full two games back of the Baltimore Ravens for home field advantage (BAL owning the tie-breaking) and the Saints find themselves in identical situation in the NFC, now being two games back of San Francisco for homefield with the 49ers holding the same two-game lead with the tiebreaker.
Other notable games were the Cowboys dropping their third straight game, the Falcons further humiliating Kyle Allen, Lamar Jackson out-running Josh Allen, the Browns temporarily saving Freddie Kitchens' job, the Packers adding to Dwayne Haskins embarrassing season, the Vikings stuffing the previously feel-good story of David Blough, Jameis Winston trying to secure his bag versus the Colts, Drew Lock eviscerating the comatose Texans, Ryan Tannehill playing like an MVP, Jared Goff suddenly having the Rams back in the playoff hunt, and Mike Tomlin continuing his candidacy as the NFL's Coach of the Year front-runner.
