Colin Cowherd: New England Patriots Dynasty is Not Over Yet

Colin Cowherd: “I used to think that it was 50/50 that Tom Brady would leave New England, but now I’m thinking it’s 80/20 or 90/10 that he’s STAYING. The public is guilty of this and I’m guilty of it too... We Always bury dynasties about a year too early… Let’s remember they were 12-4, they have the best coach in the league, they have the best offensive line coach in the league, their division is still below average, they’re still the smartest team in the AFC, they get their fullback, kicker, and center back, N’Keal Harry will be in his second year, Mohamed Sanu will be back, and this is about to be the best wide receiver Draft ever in a year New England didn’t have any weapons. Amari Cooper, A.J. Green, and Robbie Anderson are free agents, and don’t forget about Odell Beckham Jr and Antonio Brown becoming available. I think they’re fine, and New England will be very good next year.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he thinks the American public and mainstream media (including himself) jumped the gun when pronouncing the New England Patriots dynasty as DEAD.

After Tom Brady’s pick-six ended the season for a Patriots team who deteriorated down the stretch, it seemed only natural to lay the NFL’s greatest dynasty in history to rest with Brady and Bill Belichick’s future in peril.

After digesting the loss for a couple days, including getting some clarification from Brady via Instagram regarding his return to football, Colin is looking at the Patriots coaching staff and roster and still seeing a very dangerous team in 2020. Especially with free agency and the NFL Draft offering one of the deepest wide receiver fields in offseason history for a Patriots team whose biggest flaw was just that.

Check out the video above as Colin details why the Patriots are once again going to be scary next season.
