Colin Cowherd Says the Milwaukee Bucks Are Not a 'Championship Team'

Colin Cowherd: “Nothing against Khris Middleton but the Bucks don’t have a second dependable player. He’s a ‘good’ player but last night was the rare ‘Giannis has an off-night’ game and Robin disappeared into the Bat Cave and didn’t come out from under the covers. It doesn’t work that way. When LeBron struggles – AD is there, when Kawhi struggles – Paul George is there. When Giannis struggles? THEY LOSE. That’s NOT a championship team.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he doesn’t think the Milwaukee Bucks are legitimate contenders, fresh off their shocking 16-point loss to the Miami Heat on Monday night.

Colin has been on the record all season saying the Bucks cannot win the NBA Finals with roster that really doesn’t extend far past MVP front-runner Giannis Antetokounmpo when it comes to elite star power, and says Khris Middleton is simply a ‘good’ but not ‘great’ talent.

Giannis was held to only 13 points versus Miami, with Middleton posting an even worse 12 points, including 2 of 10 from the field.

Check out the video above as Colin details why the Bucks are the only Finals contender who doesn’t boast a true second star ‘Robin’ to their Batman like the Lakers, Clippers, Rockets, and even Celtics can with Anthony Davis, Paul George, and Kemba Walker being second in command to LeBron James, Kawhi Leonard, and Jayson Tatum.
