Mark Schlereth: There's an 80% Chance Tom Brady is Leaving New England

Wild Card Round - Tennessee Titans v New England Patriots

Doug Gottlieb and Mark Schlereth engage in a discussion about where Tom Brady could land or stay as the speculation continues about where his destination will be next season. There's a lot of noise coming out on both sides, but ultimately, Schlereth believes it's 80-20 in favor of Tom Brady leaving New England:

"If you asked me a month ago, I thought it was an 80% chance Tom Brady goes back to New England. It was interesting that there was a report that he talked to Bill Belichick, and it didn't go well. This absolutely gives the New England Patriots an out. 'Hey, he wanted to be a free agent; he wanted to test the market. It mitigates our responsibility to re-sign him. He's the greatest Patriot of all-time, he's the face of the franchise for the last 20 years. We went to nine Super Bowls and won six. We can walk away. This is an exit plan for us to where we don't look bad as an organization'...The way I've looked at it over the last month, I think he's gonna be gone. Eighty percent gone and Twenty percent back to New England."

Mark Schlereth breaks down why he likes Chargers, Raiders, and 49ers for Tom Brady's next landing spot:
