Colin Cowherd: Tom Brady Will Have a Huge Season For Buccaneers in 2020

Colin Cowherd: “Tom Brady is a young 43 and he’s the Anthony Fauci of quarterbacks and the LeBron James of NFL players. He doesn’t drink a beer during the season -- and I can assure you -- EVERY other quarterback does. Drew Brees may take care of himself but he lives in New Orleans and has a cocktail or two September through January. Brady is unique… A stat came out this morning that Brady and Jameis Winston had the same exact number of completions and attempts on deep passes thrown into tight windows last year – they were both tied for first. And that’s with Brady playing with below average wide receivers. Brady is likely going to have the best completion percentage in the NFL of throwing the ball down the field and completing it because Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are the best tandem at wide receiver in the league. Brady’s, LeBron’s, and Russell Wilson’s bodies are just different – Lebron and Wilson spend over a million and a half dollars per year on their body and Brady does the same… Brady is going to be fine and he’s going to be wildly productive and have BIG numbers next year.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he thinks Tom Brady is going to have a big year for a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team who will boast arguably the league’s most talented offense on paper, as Brady replaces Jameis Winston as the starting quarterback who was coming off a year in which Winston led the league in passing yards and was second in touchdown passes.

Check out the video above as Colin details why Brady is not your average 42-year-old, and says for the amount of work that he puts into his fitness level, Brady should have no problem producing at an extremely high clip in 2020.
