Chris Broussard: âAre the Bucs more likely to be a Super Bowl contender, or out of the playoffs?â
Rob Parker: âThey are going to miss the playoffs and I feel very confident in saying that. Iâm picking New Orleans and Atlanta ahead of them. Iâm still not convinced. They havenât made the playoffs in 12 years! Itâs one thing to play in obscurity when it doesnât matter, nobody knows who you are, nobody is paying attention to you, and youâre an also-ran, but itâs another thing when youâre driving a Mercedes with the horn blowing and everybody knows youâre supposed to be the big dog in town⌠It was the same thing in Cleveland last year when everyone was âALL INâ! Everybody and their uncle, including all the TV executives, couldnât wait to get the Browns on television and kept talking about how 'star-studded' they were⌠Theyâre going to wake up one day and realize Tom Brady is 43, that nobody wanted him except for the Chargers to sell tickets, and theyâll have a bakerâs dozen 13 years of not making the playoffs.â (Full Video Above)
Listen to Rob Parker explain why he doesnât think the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will make the playoffs in 2020, as Rob doesnât think that a 43-year-old Tom Brady will be able to save a dormant franchise who hasnât been to the postseason since 2007.
Check out the audio above as Rob details why itâs time for NFL America to stop jumping on the 2020 Bucs bandwagon, and says Tampa Bay will choke just like the 2019 Cleveland Browns, who many had even penciled in to the Super Bowl.
