With all that being said is: the lie would be ‘yes, I’m shocked’, the truth is ‘No, I’m not.’ And I say that because I’ve talked to a lot of people, but also understand what this team is. Matt Rhule has a seven-year deal. Seven years says ‘we’re in this for the long haul and we understand it.’ Mr. Tepper is a hedge fund manager who understands long, passive income over time, and understands that money must work for you, even if it’s sleeping. In the morning, it might be blood in the streets, but a couple days later it may get cleaned up.
